“The plan does leave in place a rule that sex offenders would need to return to the community where they committed the offense. . .’If you committed a sexual offense in a community, you have to be relocated back to that community,’ [Alderman] Murphy said.”
Oh ok, so if I offended in Green Bay, I still cannot live in Milwaukee? That’s still banishment, and good luck with that holding up in court. There’s that pesky Constitution getting in the way again. {begin sarcasm} We should just run every thing by “the majority rules.” {end sarcasm}
This is a win. Don’t diminish because it’s not perfect. Need to continue to press on exclusion zones.

I’m the lead plaintiff in this matter. More to come, we are simply kicking the bucket at this point. The real truth is when Milwaukee begins to delve out their money. Going all the way!
